Her heart as pure as the winter dew, She's a pristine soul with a heart so true.. Heaven or cloud-nine is what she deserves, Yet she fantasizes about animal reserves.. For her four-legged doggy soulmates, Her heart would open the gates.. Wouldn't do so though for homo-sapiens, Hopefully one day for the guy who awaits.. She pledged to protect the furballs, And treat them with love and care.. Keen to fill their eyes with sparkles, When they have any tears to bear.. Since she saw them mourn & suffer, Since she heard them wail & cry.. She chose to love them like a mother, She chose not to let them die.. Affection which the dogs would never lack, As she loves them to the moon and back.. Much like a boon or a priceless bond, It's there to last for eternity and beyond.. -Dash
